With our Flexi-Cancellation, you can cancel your booking free of charge until 6pm the evening before the order via the order confirmation you received by email. A voucher code for the amount of the booking is automatically sent to the email address you provided. The voucher code is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed online at all iBIKE-BOX locations.
